On Monday, Autumn Turner and Vanessa Ferguson by Team Alicia performed “Killing Me Softly With His Song” by Fugees on The Voice Season 12 “Battle Rounds.”
Both singers nailed their performance with their unique R&B voices. Some of the coaches even gave them a standing ovation.
“I don’t even know how you choose between you two,” Gwen Stefani said. Adam Levine called them both “superb,” but confessed, “Autumn is the one I would want on my team.”
Eventually, Keys picked Ferguson as the winner while Levine and Stefani hit their buttons to steal Turner.
“I’m blown away that we’re sitting here right now with this chance,” Levine admitted. Turner chose to become a member of Team Adam.
